Ideal e mail?

So this one is for all the ladies and it's something I've been wondering...
When a guy first e mails you, what are some of the things you like him to tell you?
I am continually torn between giving a bio and repeating the same info in my profile, or just leaving it for them to look at. Now, add to the fact I'm extremely bad at first e mails to strangers... Well, you can see my dilema.
So ladies, what are some things you like to hear in first e mails? Keep in mind I'm not asking for "pick-up" lines... Just trying to get some good idea's on what info to provide...

 Well let me say this being a woman, I am not sure that there is any wrong or right thing to say on an email from here after all look at where we are if you are affraid then i am not sure that Discreet Gay Dating is for you. Come on just let out what you have to say if they do not like it then I am sure that you will know in the wat that they will not talk to you again, or you will get an ear full. So on a firt email just be who you are, if it says only Hi, then there you started it you were not scared enough to do that so ask about the day would you like to talk, anything, just say it. homemadesunshine

 Personally I prefer something that shows they've read my profile. Just throw in a fact or two from her profile and why you chose to email her specifically.
