I'm In Oakland

I am currently in Oakland, California on contract. I'm here for the summer and so far the work sucks, but the off time is pretty cool. I can spend my days off going into San Francisco and explor the area discovering new and exciting places. I have to say it's pretty cool here and having a good time. Love to hear from some locals.

 I agree, its a wonderful city, but you are right very expensive. I wouldn't be able to afford it out of pocket, thankfully part of my work contract is that I get housing and utilities included. So going to take advantage of the next three months.
