was she rubbing or sleeping  

Recently on a flight from Boston to Charlotte, I happened to be seated next to a young woman in her 20s dressed in the latest fashion of spandex tights and a shirt who wanted the window seat to which I was assigned. After being cramped in a flight on the way to Boston next to some guy who didnt believe in washing I was happy to be a gentleman and take the isle seat. She put a pillow behind her head, bent her right leg so that her knee was in the air and stretched out the left and proceeded to listen to her noise canceling headset with her left hand in her lap. While reading a dance with dragons I noticed movement out of the corner of my eye and watched her thumb stroke along her leg near her crotch. At first I though she was just moving in her sleep but after about the third time I quit reading and began to watch more closely. Her breathing seemed slow and regular suggesting that she was asleep but her fingers seemed to be moving about one a minute sliding up near her crotch but never a deliberate crotch grab. This occurred for a good fifteen minutes after which she opened her eyes to change songs and I went back to reading my book. She then moved her jacket over her chest with her right hand covered and her left hand motionless.

The flight to Boston made me regret not flying first class but the flight home made me consider fling regular fare in the future.

So was she rubbing herself on the plane or was she just sleeping?

Should I have asked her if I could lend a hand even though I'm roughly twice her age and dressed in rather sloppy clothes? Or was I correct in just enjoying the show?
