Life...

Maine-May 2006

Has a way of sneaking up on me. I will be writing in a few days, but at the moment I am dealing with life. My Mother just lost her only sister, my and his wife are having some issues, and I am 1100 miles a way trying to cope with not being of any help at all to anyone.
I'm just sitting here watching the wheels go round and round...when they stop I will be back. Shouldn't take too long, no worries. There really isn't anything I can do about any of it, I am just chasing my own tail for a minute.

 I know exactly how you MAY be feeling. Just got back from a visit to my 87 year old mother (living by herself in rural Oh....."her choice")...my first visit in oh...8 mos...
Spent a week with her and I can see time IS catching up.. all kinds of stuff.

I hate life sometimes..........it gets ya when ya least expect it!

My deepest wishes of calmness & hope you find the answers you need.
If ya need a shoulder to laff at.....you know where.

You are a doll Mr. i. These things are all normal progressions in life, there truly is nothing I can do about a damn bit of it. Death comes to us all, and married couples have fights. The thing about my life is that I go along, sailing smooth waters and then all of a sudden there is a whole shitstorm of issues all at once. T'will pass.

 Bad enough when that sort of crap happens. To not be able to be there makes it worse. I know from experience. Sorry for the troubles, Will miss you but do understand.

Just, I just had to take a bit of time to wrap my head around the fact that as much as I would like to be there and shelter them from the hurt, even if I had been there, I could not have altered anything that happened.
