Through a Glass, Darkly
Through a Glass, Darkly Things have settled down a bit here in the wilds of Kansas City. The and DIL have worked out their issues, my Aunt was buried where she wanted to be buried in the family cemetery, and the wheel in the sky is still turning. We took a little road trip to Squaw Creek to see the return of the Eagles and the Snow Geese. The marshes are very dry, so while there are scores of eagles and hawks, the numbers of waterfowl are down greatly. It was a good trip nonetheless, so if the powers that be will let me post photos today, I will share a bit of my day spent out in the midst of the good earth. Nice to know things are working there way back to normal and glad to see your usual contributions. The highlighted phrase above is a little homage to your previous post where you referenced John Lennon ("watching the wheels go 'round and 'round..." and today's post, Journey (wheels in the sky keeps on turning). Hey you even mentioned the Eagles, indirectly. Have a great day.
