Learning the Art of Erotic Bondage Once a month, the kinkster community gathers at the upscale swinger's club, Club Privata. This is a wonderful evening of rope play, impact play, and other fun fetishes. We are fortunate to have some rock stars in the rope world. For many years, I have enjoyed watching the riggers place rope on their models. There are other rope-oriented events at other sex-positive venues in Portland. I have yet to attend those. But my growing interest in rope will likely have me at some of these events in the near future. Some of these events provide individuals who teach a short classes. One awesome rigger teaches ongoing classes at his studio. I have been learning erotic bondage from one of our master riggers. He is a great teacher. He usually will have up to 6 couples for each class. He begins with a demonstration on his model. Then, it is our turn. He takes us through creating a particular pose. We secure it and prevent it from falling off by tying decorative knots coming back down toward the single column tie. Then, back up the other side.
