 I don't think they give the points back. At one point, I lost all 18 of my Top Fans as well as the 22 people for whom I was a Top Fan. Poof! They just disappeared one day and no points were transferred. I complained about this a few times to customer service and they said they would assign a software developer to it. I didn't hold my breath. But magically 4 weeks later, all of my peeps showed back up. So... go ahead and ask about your situation. But I bet it's just policy to not give points back in that situation. Hope I'm wrong...

 ThickOne9, Sounds like they really messed about with your profile and I doubt I will have any luck in getting those points back stupid policy not to give points back and stupid that messages are not free to send in the first place
