TY Lovelillies! Yup, both are filled. They are Craftsman Boxes and tools. I used to have Snap-on, Matco, and Mac tools and had them ripped off in my garage (first & 2nd house though). THUS, these are in my basement in this house. Although I might put them out in the garage and bolt them to the wall. This is a decent neighborhood I'm living in now. So, yeah, I know Righty Tighty, Lefty Lucy! Kinda like my Right hand- Rosy, Left hand- Lucy! lol!
