What does a non-writer do with a Blog? I hope I will provide everyone with another media which we can converse. And perhaps every so often I will have a stoke of inspiration and one brilliant thought which everyone will enjoy.

As one who seems to talk more than think, I don't know why I don't have more to say here? LOL

Would you like me to cum inside, whisper in your ear and tell you a story? Tell how our time together would be spent. Given all the wet sexy details of how we would ravage one another. We can do all of that right here for our eyes only. It will be between you and I, secret squirrel shit, hush hush, On the Q T and Down Low and super classified quad secret!

And what a great way for standard members to communicate. So go ahead, post a comment and check back for any blogs I post in the future.

It has become obvious that I enjoy the intellectual stimuli much more than commenting on current events. I never was very good at political dancing due to my firm belief that good will always win over bad.

So another year has past and I have yet to post some spectacular intellectual insight. I guess I could feed off other bloggers and spout off my disagreements. I just think such concourse would be better served on the bloggers post than seeking clicks that agree solely with me.

Do you agree..? Is there two many blogger's that are just repeats of other people's insights?

Ok, we all know the Government of Guam is Bankrupt but does the police really have to hide, conceal themselves, or disguise their activity just to issue traffic tickets? For those who are just joining our program in progress, here is some background. Guam is the largest island west of Hawaii and East of Philippines. It is 32 miles long and 12 miles at its widest point. It has the tallest mountain in the world measured from the lowest base of the island to the top of its highest mountain (Challenger Deep to Mt. LamLam 37,820 ft or 12,243 m and 16,155 psi at the lowest point: Univ. of Hawaii Marine Center, Daily Reports of R/V Kilo Moana, 6/4/2009). Guam does not have Freeways or expressways but has one major roadway which stretches from the Naval base in the south to the Air Force Base on the northern tip. And lastly, the island wide speed limit is 45mph but all posted speed limits are 35mph.

Over the last few months, I have noticed the various police agencies conducting DAILY traffic checks but they conduct these mostly at the busiest times on Guam; ie. between 6am - 9am and 4pm - 7pm. Another observation is where they conduct these checks, either at the bottom of a steep decline or at the top of a steep incline. They rarely conduct check points on straight or flat surfaces. What does that have to do with anything you ask? Simple, any vehicle traveling down a steep or contentious slope will gain speed and any vehicle travel up a steep slope will decrease speed. Add in the physics of 35mph and unless your car has a huge engine, you need to be speeding at least 45mph to crest the hill or grinding your breaks for 400 yards to keep below 35mph on down slopes. Another aspect is time displacement which means that if everyone was traveling the posted speed limit verses the ratio of cars on the road, everyone would be in PARK considering the physics of Guam’s roads.

I'm a safe driver and average one speeding ticket per year and during a bad year, three tickets for other violations (say Seatbelt, which is what I received two days ago, expire decal on tag, or spitting on the sidewalk; you get my drift. Being a safe driver doesn’t mean I drive 10mph in the inner most lane while daydreaming about another person’s personal problems which is the standard method for a majority of drivers here. I plan my destination and routes, I avoid congestion when possible, and I always look for the idiot who could care less about others on the road (Yes, you @$&#^** left lanner with your turn signals permanently on and totally oblivious of anything around you including that ambulance that has its screaming siren blaring behind you for the last half mile).

But does the police really need to hide under trees, stand above parking garages, have one officer standing at a bus stop a mile down the road shooting radar and the ticket team located a mile away snatching drivers into a large parking lot for ticket writing exercises? Worse, they set up where they know everyone is going to violate the speed limit.. There’s no way around it unless you push your car uphill or grind the breaks all the way down hill. Images of San Francisco come to mind. Then the gangs of officers go to court and pretend they can recite the bible in detail with their prepared CANNED speech for the judge when neither of the officers can morally or honestly stand up and testify that they did indeed witness the violation first hand, “Your Honor.” I know, I have caught them lying 7 out of 10 speeding tickets I have received over 25 years. Even the Judge would from time to time ask what did what and who did where after the officers would get confused and step on their story. NOW, I'm not saying that all or even a lot of officers lack intergerty but there are some that just don’t know the meaning of honesty.

All I'm saying is tell it like it is.!!!! “Your Honor, we conducted a speed entrapment on so-so date and selected asshole defendant to receive a speeding ticket which God and everyone on the island knows was either speeding or did break the speed limit sometime that day. We packed 10 ticket books per officer and set up at the bottom of big-ass hill which does not have a clearly posted speed zone change and proceeded to rack up $35,000 in traffic citations that day. We know that only a relative few will protest the tickets while everyone else pays just to avoid having to take a day off to go to court. We practice our generic ‘presentment of fact’ everyday in the station before we go home so it sounds like we have half a brain and a mystifying vocabulary. The truth is, we really don’t know if asshole was speeding but we know he was coming down that hill. This officer was on the radar gun for 30 minutes and pointed out cars to pull over but doesn’t remember any details because just like when I took the gun for 30 minutes, either of us would pull over 40 to 50 cars without actually identifying who was driving or if it was actually the car we attested to speeding. So, Your Honor, these are the facts and we all know asshole over there was speeding somewhere on the island at least once that day. Case closed.

With all that said, and that being closer to the truth than what is presented in court by either side, I'm here to say, there’s no reason to hide just so you can fill your traffic ticket books. In my case, The officer standing at the bus stop leans over toward the car as it was stuck in no-rush home traffic and politely tells me to put on my seatbelt, which I did and said thank you for the reminder. 300 yards later, I get the engraved version of the reminder. But you should have seen the ticket writer’s face when he walked up and saw me sitting inside a tinted car with black interior with a black seatbelt strapped over a black shirt and he stumbles to notify me that he is writing a ticket for a seatbelt violation when he is thinking just like I am, HOW THE HELL WOULD YOU KNOW IF I DID OR DIDNT HAVE MY SEATBELT ON? Better yet, is crime so low that we have to do daily traffic checks to keep the police occupied or out of the precinct?

When did we become a nation of SNEAK A PEEK instead of hospitality? Does the new recruits’ need intensive ticket writing training vs. public relations and neighborhood contact training? I know several (37 at last count) police officers and most are high ranking supervisors, and I'm not saying these are bad people. I'm not even saying the office who gave me a ticket is a bad person because I am sure they are not. However, I could tell the poor recruit had been given a ration of shit during the check point that could fertilize the African deserts for 20 years. Considering the 12 other cars lined up waiting for his attention, I tried to make the stop as painless as possible and be on my marry little way.

Any contributing thoughts you would like to share?

Another year has passed and we are all the wiser for it. While I'm not into resolutions, I find it necessary to invite fellow bloggers to add their resolutions and ambitions to this list.

Now I'm not talking about resolutions that you know you will not live up to like giving up sex or stop eating. I'm talking about posting something that is your idea or fleeting thought.

My first Post is to post. A note of the end and beginning. almost a year of not writing. Losing touch with several very good friends who have move away or just lost interest in this site. All of these I have or should have share with my fellow bloggers but I have found endless excuses not to share.

Now I ask you to assist me in breaking my silence and offer new insights about he world around us.

My Name is GuamBoyToy, and I've suffered from writer's cramps.

Well, here we are again, 3:15 am on a Saturday Night. Too late to go out and uh, well, to late!

I have just finished my installments and deposits of emails and blog post. I now set forth to explain the ritual method often called my
MADNESS.

Now we are all very loving and compassionate people who most of all want to enjoy the thrills and fruits of life's Garden of Eden. Thus, I find myself lately breaking the back of old and new books from the shelves behind me.

No, not writings of Pose or Praise am I reading.

Not even close. Instead, I have subscribed to a refresher course, (Home Study of course), in the art and majesty of WOMEN.

YES, I am once again reading and re-learning the many facets and aspects of the female anatomy including wants and won’ts.

It really is fascinating how beautiful the female really is. How perfectly she moves and coincides with her environment. Amazing how she can captivate the meager male or crush him with a single bat of the eye lash.

I AM A LEARNED MAN.

Once again, that is! Reminding myself to take time and caution. To allow the cosmic forces to mingle and draw together unsuspecting souls. Read the body and soul for the unspoken words delivering warning or welcome! To cascade in the presents of those who leave me in awe. To retreat from those who deprive me of my natural energy. To take note of the ever fleeting MOMENT.

So what am I doing at 3:15 am on a Sunday early morning.

I DONT KNOW !!!!

OMG, WTF ever happen to Vanna White?

Here's the realization! If it were not for this Government; I would be one Sorry Ass for putting off the payment duties around the house. And I mean putting them off like "out of Sight, out of MINE" putting off.

I look at all the money this government takes in and I wonder WTF does my little $100 phone bill mean or Water, I got bottled water, why would they need to raise the rates.

Then it occurred to me. The less we use, the more they need money to support their outrageous spending. So the less we use, the higher the rates are gonna get.

Remember the ol' Joke: What did Guam use for lights before they invented Candles?

Guam Electrical Power ! rhump bumpt

Well, We have replaced all our electric light bulbs with CANDLES.

I just hope the wife doesn't read this soon! She thinks I am a BORN AGAIN ROMANTIC . She doesn't realize just how right she has always been!

I AM A CHEAP BASTARD.....LOL

Anyone wanta join the GOOD OL' POOR BOYS CLUB????

Once upon a time when I was better known as BabyMagic, I had a good habit of getting on the computer and expressing myself before the masses. I had no fear of retribution or arrest warrants from the language police. I even dared the silly bastards to pursue me in my literary début.

However, I was bitten by writers block. An incurable disease that acts very much like Alzheimers. Speaking of, where did I put that pencil? Anyway, I never stopped reading other peoples thoughts. I even enjoyed sharing a little chuckle at misfortunes and silly adventures. I shed a few tears for those who struck my emotional cords. And I even fell in love with the whoa and words of a select few bloggers. There are so few people in this world today that can stir the imagination.

I say all this in hopes that I may return re-energized and keyboard in hand to the world of Blogville. Otherwise, I share with you that your words have not gone unread, unheeded, and unheard . If you dare, just remember there are more of us out here who share in your unwritten words.

Yes, after a year of being GOLD, I have taken a back seat and wonder what good my money did for me? Yes, I meet many wonderful people on here but I am sure I would have even without the annual dues. I have meet two other members since I became a standard pee-on so it can't be all bad.

However, IT SUCKS when I want to send a wink or view a profile and I get the dreaded SIGN UP TODAY page.

I'm not so much as Bitching as I am sulking. Yes, Paying does show some commitment. Perhaps that is where I belong, Committed!

Blog ON.

I know this is silly so lets just go with it.

What are the differences between Men and Women.

Not Anatomy wise, I mean Other wise. Lets start a list.

A woman can remember the worse thing you ever did (ten years ago or even back in Kindergarden) but not the sensation of sexual motion that sends you reeling.

A man can remember ..... I forgot what we were talking about?

I am back. Whoopee. I know this is a short blog post but I got to get the word out. Yeah, that's me in the pic. The snow finally melted. That little sweety sure did take her time but being buried in snow and frozen for a few months didn't decrease the fun we had with public sex...... Though it does make for a hearty court fine. LOL (I'm Kidding.. thats a joke pic. and a nice one too.)

That's right. Its been 3 months of begging and pleading with Discreet Gay Dating to rescue my account from some Black Hole that gobbles up user Info and corrupts the accounts. I AM BACK.

I been on Discreet Gay Dating since March of 1996. My Membership certificate has # 31,473 serial number. Yeah, Back when there were only a few of us adventurous souls. Back when Guam only had a dozen members altogether. A rare remaining member who can recall when Discreet Gay Dating was Totally FREE. I mean totally. Then the restrictions came. Only so many views and so many post. The one web site that launched Swinging into the mainstream america became main stream Capital Corporation. Well, I don't blame them. Someone has got to pay to keep this site ????Functional????

Back when this was a social work experiment for a college grad student, Swingers could lonely contact each other thru Swinger Magazines and one Swingers.com. Now Swinging has made its way into millions of households that realize people don't have to hide their desires anymore.

No longer do a couple have to go to Court in order to express their sexual frustration. With communication and devoted love, we can come together and become liberated without fear.

Well, I know there will be lots of topics to talk about. This little catholic island isn't Liberated yet. But give us a few more years. Hell, We already had a few swinger parties. Before we know it, there will be a swingers social club to become apart of.

Until then.. This is Trevor, Spreading the word. Giving the Love, and Living the life.

Those who know me know how to contact me. Those new people can contact me at yahoo by using the Discreet Gay Dating ID and adding the rest.
