After weighing the pros and cons of extending our Discreet Gay Dating membership, we sign on to realize that we've already been extended. Ooops.
So we might as well use some of the features on here!
Yes, this is a blog, but its a blog on Discreet Gay Dating! So if you are looking for deep emotions, vivid descriptions of sexcapades, or clues to who or where we are? Keep moving along, there's nothing to see here. 
Having said that, this isn't a bad place to explain a little bit about where we are, and maybe a little bit about how we got here.
If you look at non-monogamy as a spectrum, ranging from "don't ask don't tell" open marriage on one end, and polyfidelitous relationships of polyamorous triads and quads on the other end, then we are somewhere in the middle!
Why aren't we "Don't ask, don't tell"?
Because we are happily married, and barely have enough time to spend with each other! We always thought we were excellent communicators, and then we started moving into this lifestyle and learned that while, yes, we were better communicators than 90 percent of married couples, we still had so much room for improvement.
VIVA L'improvement! (yes, I know, butchered French).
Why aren't we strictly polyamorous? Because we truly want one primary relationship, and not multiple, equal romantic involvements. We DO want to be friends with most of the people we meet, and we are willing to spend some of our time developing those friendships.....but time is valuable, and we WILL spend it on each other FIRST and FOREMOST!!
Now you can decide if we are polyamorous, swingers or open....label us what you want, we still haven't decided. Except that we know we certainly aren't vanilla!!
So thanks for the internet...emailing and chatting and learning about others helps get us to the point where we can make the most out of the scarce free time we can spend with others. Full polyamory? Who has time for that???
Besides, that leaves us room to take advantage of meaningless, erotic opportunities that life may present to one or the other of us...and sometimes both of us at the same time!!!
Yes, that means we are open to playing separately and developing individual flirts and friendships online that may or may not develop into something more.
Hmmmmm....Something more.....notice that nothing really has been said about what we want in bed? That this is all about communication? Take notice of this, my friends, there will be a test on this later! Sex? Its good, its fun, its why we are here.....but we have lots of sex, we arent here because we are sexstarved, or because we are lacking something. We are here to experience fun and different things and people!
