This seems to be a very common response from everyone these days.
Are you too busy?
That doesn't work for me. How about October 22nd 2025. I think I have 5 minutes free. Will that work for you?
When did we get soo busy? We don't seem to have as much free time for our friends anymore. What happened?
Maybe the executives want to keep us running, so we don't have time to think about how we seem to give our lives to the man. Yet it doesn't seem to ever be enough. How much is enough?
Where would you draw the line?

How many of you have used "caps" in chat? I used caps in chat one time. I logged into "Daddy's Girls" (age friendly) and said "HEY DADDY'S GIRLS"
And someone in the room said it was rude. I am not the first, nor the last to use "caps" in a chat room. But according to him, I was rude enough to be banned.
I actually pay for my membership on this site, he does not, but he apparently has more rights then me.
I think it is time to look into another site. I am quite certain there are a couple hundred other sites that would love my "PAYING MEMBERSIP"!!!
What do you think?

I think it's about time I update this ol' blog of mine.
I've been so busy with work that I almost forgot how to have fun. Okay, not true, just real busy. How do you ever forget to have fun?
Between 10-12hr days at work and trying to keep up with all my boy's activities, I have very little time for anything else right now. I haven't even been out for many bike rides so far this year. That's gotta change!

Another birthday came and went. For the most part it was uneventful, which was good. Came home after work and cooked a nice walleye dinner. YUMMY! Used a light breading, just enough to hold in the moisture. And ligtly seasoned, didn't want to contaminate the flavor of the fillet.
Cooked to perfection, it fell apart as I was eating it. YUMMY!

Well, I finally got my snow. But maybe I should have kept my mouth shut! 6" of this heavy wet shit in my driveway tonight. About 1/3 of the way through cleaning out my driveway I smoked the belt off my snowblower. FUCK!! Back to the shovel! And I have a three car wide driveway.
The snow was so heavy that the snowblower could not throw the snow all the way to the edge of the driveway, so the remaining area had extra snow to shovel. The three foot high mound at the street seemed to take forever to remove. I finished at 7:00pm, had some supper, and fell asleep while relaxing in front of the tv. When I woke up at 10:00pm, I couldn't hardly move, man am I sore.
Even thoough it almost killed me tonight, I still love the snow, and did miss it this year.

AKA...MN Mardi Gras...
What happens in Walker...stays in Walker!
Once again I am off to the "other" MN get together!
Bowling, drinking, pool, drinking, hot tubs, drinking, parties, drinking, flirting, drinking, kissing, drinking, groping, drinking, sex, drinking.... and all on the ice! There seems to be a pattern there, but I just can't put my finger on it. Either I'm too drunk, or it is moving around too much...
Okay, I don't really don't go there to drink. Not at all actually. But there are plenty who do.
Actually it's family fun time for me. Hanging out with family and friends on the ice. Fishing, cards, games, talking, laughing! Good times at the International Eel Pout Festival. About the only rule we have is no drinking in our ice fishing shanty. Makes it easier to remember the wekend actually, all is good!

What happened to winter? Did I fall asleep for a couple months? Where is all the snow?
I usually go snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter. But with the lack of snow and warm temps I have only been ice fishing once and snowmobiling once as well.
I went ice fishing in northern MN, it's the only place with safe ice. Locally, the ice is not safe. A couple weeks ago two local boys drowned in a lake because they were snowmobiling on thin ice, so local lakes have insuffucient ice for winter fun.
So I tried something new last weekend. I went skiing for the first time ever. I had a blast! I stuck to the easiest slopes, but was still very fun! 5 hours of non-stop skiing and I was tired. Honestly, I could have continued for a couple more hours, but it was getting dark and hard to see the bumps. It might have become easier to see again after it got dark. The lights tend to produce shadows, which means bumps, which means you can prepare yourself for the bumps.
All in all, something I will have to try again! I might have to try snowboarding as well, I hear it is wild!

Van Halen's new release "Tattoo" sounds real good. Diamond Dave is back up front and sounds just as good as ever. What a showman! Looking at the video, Dave looks younger then Eddie. I thought that would have been the other way round.
Speaking of the title, I have thought of getting a tattoo many times, but never really came up with anything that says "that's me". I hear so many people getting ink referring to their significant other, only to split up a couple years later.
I'm still looking for that one thing that screams "ME", so until then, I will be searching.
How many of you have had ink done, only to regret it later.

Anyone else enjoy snowmobiling? I do!
My sister mentioned they had snow over ney years, so I hooked it up and drove up to Fisher MN over New Years weekend. With the warm temps, it was tough, going, but I went for it anyway!
After about 45 minutes, I burned a hole in a piston. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
