Nearing a point of losing hope

I didn't intend for this blog to be such a downer!
How long do you have to wait for someone to come around? How many times can you return to "we need to communicate more" before you don't want to talk and want to see results? And is is possible to still have a strong marriage and just cut that part out of your life?

Dealing with frustration

Since my last post, basically nothing has changed. It's only been a month, though part of me feels that's plenty of time for someone to make an effort. How long do you give a person to start to make that effort towards change before your own interest starts to wane? I think what I found the most frustrating is opening up, something that is probably the hardest thing for me to do, only to have that be met with no response or effort. I'll continue to try, though it does make me hesitant to open up again. There are only so many times it can happen before you stop trying.

Starting a new blog

I can't say if this will be very interesting for others who use this site. So many have an active sex life and have found partners that suit them. My wife and I have recently made a "re-commitment" to each other to learn how to make love to each other again. We fell into the same rut many do, we let life get in the way of our sex life and therefor our intimacy on nearly every level. We were roommates. I started to suffer from premature ejaculation, not even being able to penetrate her without going off. It became too frustrating for us both and again, took us further apart. We're now making efforts to get back together. Our first step is to practice masturbating with a focus on what it takes to make me last longer. We're hoping this will lead to me being able to penetrate. If anyone has had this experience, and you have advise on what worked for you, I'd love to hear it. As we aged, our bodies changed, our needs changed. Now we're hoping for the best as we figure out how to have sex all over again.

A slow start to the season

With the wet weather we've had, it feels like it's taking forever to warm up. I'm sure the reason it feels like it's taking longer than normal is because we're looking forward to this season even more than those in the past. I think I've got a plan so I can actually landscape enough to have our own private nudist nook. Not that I don't love the Richmond Sauna, but that hour and a half drive just cuts into to too much of the day,and our season is too short as it is. Can't wait to see how this year is going to progress!
