we are still kind of new to this also but somethings we have learned are #1 that NO means NO. #2 if you are uncomfortable with something going on say so . #3 if you are married & this has a negative effect on your marriage then get out of the lifestyle.#5 unless you are ready to dive right in the deep end first try soft swap then see what goes on after that.
