WINTER MEET~GREET

It has been over a year since the last M/G, so this is way overdue.

The location has changed, it will be at the hotel across the street from the Brass Star. I have reserved a private banquet room for this event. After discussing with some of the groups members, I think this will work much better for us. EVERYONE is invited to attend, single males, this means you as well. If you have friends you want to bring, by all means do so, the more the merrier. Please post your RSVP so that I have an idea who will be there.

There will be a small cover charge to pay for setups/food/rental. This is going to be BYOB with sodas and non alcoholic drinks provided. For any needing a room, the price will be, king & /2dbl beds, both . The dress for this is up to you, we will have a private room downstairs. If you have a favorite CD, bring it. So come out, let's party like a Rock Star.

We will attend if we can, it is just too far away to tell for sure.. With Christmas around the corner alot of our family likes to do things last minute working up to the big day. No we are not Jewish but some family are in the medical field and we do this holiday kind of Strange due to working schedules.lol anyways we will keep you posted...

Dutch, not hard to find at all. Come down 271 all the way to Loop 323 in Tyler, take a right and go about 4 miles. You will pass through a light at Hwy 14, a flashing yellow at N.Broadway, when you cross the railroad tracks you will go up the hill, just as you get to that light the hotel is on your right, Tyler Express Inn & Suites. It has a huge spiraling stair case in front of the tall windows. Tell them at the desk you are there for Carla's party. It will be in the room to the left of the desk across the breakfast area. Also look for decorations in case clerk isn't sitting there. You will need to check in at the front desk, i will have the rooms blocked next to mine but it will be upstairs.

Ok guys, it is setting up for a great turn out. I have about 18 couples as well as several singles signed up for this. There have been 4 rooms to date rented and expecting more to sign up by middle of next week. There are several who have contacted from here as well as the other site who have not signed up on any of the posts. So come on out and lets party!!!!
