we feel our points are pretty clear and if we agree with you that we are a little uneducated, you will have to agree with us that you are a little defensive....yes, friggin yes, a partner that has been playing with you for a year damn well should disclose to any subsequent partners that he had/has ongoing sexual relations with an HSV infected partner - why would he not? the only reason one would not disclose such a thing is cuz they know, or likely to know, that the other person would pass. Maybe for your male partner 2-4% risk factor is acceptable, obviously he is making that choice - but neither he, nor you, get to make that choice for others. the point of this blog was those whom engage in risky behaviors - ie no condom during anal with men/women - and we feel equally risky is those whom indicate through their profile that they are considering or meeting known HSV carriers, with no disclosure on their part. you can be a little off put all you want, as we can be equally put off against all those whom take issue with bi males - however, we feel it is not acceptable for males to hide their bisexuality, because they do not get to decide the comfort and risk for others...and those whom are engaging with those whom clearly indicate their HSV status, but dont disclose that fact, are taking risks that others may not be comfortable with.
