Norfolk Va Ranked #1 for AIDS in Virginia and other STDs

I am writing this so that all residents within the Hampton Roads area are made aware of this. In this Sunday's newspaper (23 Aug 2015), the Virginian Pilot, there was an article by John Chittick, Executive Director of the Norfolk-based nonprofit TeenAIDS-PeerCorps, in regards to the movie that he saw, Straight Outta Compton. Near the end of the movie, it was revealed that Eazy-E contracted HIV through heterosexual transmission and died.

Mr. Chittick wrote further that the Virginia Department of health ranks Norfolk #1 for AIDS in Virginia; on a per-capita scale, the CDC lists Norfolk as #2 in the country for chlamydia, and #3 for gonorrhea.

Guys and gals, please be careful and always plan it safe. You never know if your partner is clean and being truthful or not.

Remember, you only have one life and you want to be able to be healthy so you can live it to the fullest.
