I remember hiding behind my bed to color the buxom trapeze artist in the coloring book I received for my birthday. That to say, boobs have been my bane for nearly seventy years. Though I have never had an encounter with anything more than a D (I was a massage therapist) I have found large breasts are actually, at least for me, strictly for viewing pleasure. In reality, smaller, firmer breasts are best in the long run. Pun intended. I still run/jog. A few years ago my running partner was an solid E cup and she had to wear not one, not two, but three sports bras. Amazing woman. Her nipples were still highly evident! Give me small tits and large nipples any day over huge tits and nearly non-existent nipples. When I was young, my gf/fiancé was a solid A cup. We were 19. I was in heaven till she stopped breast feeding and the nipples withdrew and her breast deflated back to an A cup. So, a B cup is nice on a fit, slender woman.
